The Museum’s mission is to promote, preserve and publicise its collections. It aims to draw in as many people as possible, to tell them about a humanist culture, about history, about creativity and about the various forms of expressions which have emerged through the ages. This educational and scientific remit takes increasingly varying forms in today’s world, calling for knowledge and imagination, two inseparable thrusts in any action.
